Shipping policy

General

All orders are dispatched from Sydney. Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched on the next business day.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the selected carrier. While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, Hemel Bioproduct is not responsible for delays outside of its control.

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly. Hemel Bioproduct will assist where possible.

Within Australia

Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days) is FREE for orders AUD$95, otherwise AUD$10.00
Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days*) is AUD$15.00.

*Express Shipping orders placed before 2pm Sydney time and delivering to metro areas will typically arrive the next business day. Express Shipping orders to Western Australia and regional areas will typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
